Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you use the online service Adrex (the "Service"). By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.
1. Data Controller
The data controller is:
SIA World Union
Registration number: 40203628481
Starta iela 1, Rīga, LV-1026
Latvia, European Union
Email: support@adrex.app
2. Information We Process
To provide and improve the Service, we may process the following categories of information:
- contact information (such as email address and name);
- billing and payment information (processed by Stripe);
- Google account information obtained via Google OAuth (email address and profile);
- Google Ads account data (campaign structure, keywords, bids, performance metrics) — accessed only with your explicit authorization via Google Ads API;
- technical information (such as IP address, device and browser data, usage logs);
- information you submit while using the Service (including campaign inputs and settings).
3. Purpose of Processing
We process personal information to operate the Service, process payments, provide customer support, maintain security, and improve product functionality and performance. Google Ads data is accessed solely to provide the campaign audit, management, and optimization features of the Service.
4. Google OAuth and Google Ads API
We use Google OAuth 2.0 to authenticate users and, where authorized, to access Google Ads account data via the Google Ads API — including through our free audit tool, which reads campaign, keyword, and performance data on a read-only basis to generate a report, and makes no changes to your Google Ads account. Access is granted only with your explicit consent, and only for the scope needed to provide the Service's audit, monitoring, and optimization features.
Data protection measures for Google Ads account data specifically include:
- All Google Ads data is transmitted exclusively over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) between your browser, our servers, and Google's APIs.
- Google Ads data is never sold, and is never shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Service you requested.
- Google Ads data is not used to train generalized AI/ML models. Any AI processing (see Section 6) is limited to analyzing your own account data to generate your audit results and recommendations.
- For the free audit tool, Google Ads data is retained only for as long as necessary to display your audit results, and is not used for any other purpose.
- For registered accounts, Google Ads data is retained for as long as your account remains active, and is permanently deleted upon account closure or upon request.
- You may revoke Adrex's access to your Google Ads data at any time via your Google Account permissions, and may request deletion of any previously collected Google Ads data by contacting us (Section 10).
We do not share your Google account data with third parties. You may revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions.
Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and analyze usage. Specifically:
- Essential cookies — required for authentication and session management. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service. This may involve transferring data to Google servers. You may opt out via your browser settings or a cookie opt-out.
By continuing to use the Service after being shown the cookie notice, you consent to the use of non-essential cookies.
6. Third Parties
We use the following third-party service providers:
- Stripe — payment processing. Stripe handles payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy. We do not store full payment card details.
- Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
- Google OAuth / Google Ads API — authentication and campaign data access.
- Anthropic / OpenAI — AI-generated recommendations and campaign content. Input data may be processed by these providers subject to their respective privacy policies, and is not used by these providers to train their own models.
7. International Transfers
As a company based in the European Union, we process data in accordance with the GDPR. Some third-party providers (such as Stripe and Google) may process data outside the EU. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are in place (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Google Ads data specifically is retained as described in Section 4.
9. Your Rights (GDPR)
As a user in the European Union, you have the following rights:
- Right to access your personal data;
- Right to rectification of inaccurate data;
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- Right to restriction of processing;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to object to processing;
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@adrex.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
